By using Waypack you agree to these terms. Waypack is operated by Hejitech.
Plans are guidance, not guarantees
Trip plans are generated by AI agents and may contain errors. Hours, prices, road conditions, closures and weather change. Always check official sources (the live-check links in your trip) and use your own judgment, especially for safety in remote areas. Waypack doesn't provide navigation; follow road signs and official guidance.
Your content
You own the trips you publish. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them to your devices. Don't upload content you don't have rights to, or anything illegal or harmful. Bundles must not try to break out of the trip viewer or access other users' data.
Accounts and subscriptions
Keep your email account secure; sign-in codes go there. Waypack Pro is sold on waypack.app and billed by Stripe. Annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page; cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the life of the service. The mobile apps are free. Free-plan limits may change with notice.
Fair use
Geocoding and routing tools are rate-limited to protect the service. Automated abuse may lead to suspension.
